FREE COVID-19 Testing and Flu Shots Offered in Chino Hills - Wednesday, November 18

The City of Chino Hills is partnering with San Bernardino County Public Health and Fourth District County Supervisor Curt Hagman to offer free COVID-19 tests and flu shots in Chino Hills on Wednesday, November 18 from 2:00 – 6:00 pm, inside the barn at the McCoy Equestrian & Recreation Center, 14280 Peyton Drive. Face coverings are required. Flu shots are available without an appointment. Flu shots are recommended for pregnant women and individuals with chronic health conditions. Children ages three and older are eligible. A parent or guardian must accompany children under 18 years old.

COVID-19 testing is encouraged for everyone. No symptoms are required to get a COVID-19 test. Walk-ins will be accepted while supplies last.
